Questions? We've Got You Covered.
We know your time is valuable. While we encourage a deeper conversation, these FAQs may help.
Q: I’d like to understand your costs better — is your fee structured as a percentage of my rent?

A: Not at all. There are no hidden fees — your rent is yours in full. Since guests often pay extra for short-term stays, we simply keep any earnings beyond your requested rate.

Q: How do you provide a full assurance of rent payment?

A: We keep things simple. Your rent is treated as the core expense of our business, and we back it with both our company lease and a personal guarantee. Because your trust is the heartbeat of our success, we’re committed to being the final tenants you’ll ever have to find.

Q: What is the typical length of your guests’ visits?

A: Guests who travel for work or leisure typically book stays ranging from a few days to several months. The length of stay often varies with the season and the nature of their profession. Many remote professionals and contractors prefer accommodations lasting a few months.
Q: How do you track who enters and leaves the property?

A: Your safety is our top priority. With your approval, we’ll place a security camera outside the building to confirm that guests arrive alone and are not joined by unauthorized individuals.

Q: What process do you use to vet guests, and what standards guide that evaluation?

A: Our booking platforms conduct ID verification and background checks, and we review that information with each inquiry. We personally decide whether to approve or politely decline guests, and we also ask about the purpose of their stay to better understand their needs.

Q: Do you advertise your listings on short-term rental platforms?

A: We advertise our listings on multiple short-term rental booking sites including AirBnB and VRBO. They serve as a channel connecting us with our guests. Our guests usually book one to three month stays during the summer months. They aren't traveling as much during the winter, so we open the listings up to some of the other booking sites.

Q: How do you make sure gatherings don’t occur, and what steps are followed if they do?

A: We want to be clear: we actively work to prevent gatherings, parties or events in our spaces and ensure each property remains spotless. Keeping rentals in excellent condition is essential to our business, since downtime means lost income and a damaged reputation, which also affects the caliber of future guests.
We use state of the art technology to monitor and protect your property and our guests with noise monitors, security cameras, and smart systems on all of our properties.
